Jefferson Davis was born in Christian County, Kentucky the youngest child to Jane and Samuel Emory Davis. Sadly, Samuel died on Independence day in 1824 and Jane too, about twenty years after. After attending Transylvania University he graduated from West Point and later fought in the Mexican-American War as the colonel. Latterly becoming a senator he argued against the secession, however, ensuing the secession he became the President of the Confederate or "joined by an agreement or treaty" States of America (C.S.A).

Robert Lee

Robert Lee nicknamed "Marble Man" was born in Westmoreland County, Virginia and was the son of Henry Lee III and Anne Carter. Lee was the son of officer Henry Lee III and when registered into the United States Military Academy he was only to show a part of his father becoming the valedictorian of his class. Awhile after graduating he became a Colonel for the U.S. Army, however, following his home state Virginia during the secession he became the General for the Confederate Army.

Samuel Cooper was born in New Hackensack, New York son to Samuel Cooper and Mary Horton. He was admitted into the United States Military Academy at age 15 graduating 36th out of 40 a few years later. From here on out, Cooper moved up the ranks swiftly from second lieutenant to first lieutenant finally to captain in the U.S. Light Artillery. He later married Sarah Maria Mason which soon lead to him becoming the Colonel of the Confederate Army.
